Air France-KLM to take over a minority share of Alitalia

Paris, France - Reported by Jean Cyril Spinetta

"Air France-KLM is ready to take over a minority share of Alitalia", French airline President, Jean Cyril Spinetta, said after the ceremony for the inauguration of new Terminal 2G in the airport of Paris-"Charles de Gaulle". Spinetta excluded a secret agreement with Intesa-Sanpaolo to entry in the new Alitalia with a minority share and then to have the majority.
