Rome, Italy - The violation of EU rules will be sancioned
"As regards the announcement of Ryanair to cancel tickets bought through third party Websites, ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Authority) informs that it will pay attention to the respect of EU rules on protection of the passengers rights by Ryanair. Each violation of these rules will be sanctioned in proportion to its entity".
