Ronchi dei Legionari, Italy - The adjustment of European rules
Along with Verona and Brescia Airports, also Ronchi dei Legionari conformed with 1107/2006 European Regulations on the rights of the disabled in the air transport. The infrastructural interventions in the Friuli Venezia Giulia airport have created new parking spaces for the disabled and five "Friendly Points", areas where wait for necessary operations for the departure.
