AIR FORCES COOPERATION AGREEMENT REACHED BETWEEN RUSSIA AND UKRAINE
MOSCOW, RUSSIA, General Anatoli Kornoukov, Russia's Aviation Commander and his Ukraine omologue met to define a major cooperation between the two Air Forces. The agreement follows a previous one reached in January, which expects the development of relationships between the Navy forces of the two countries and collaboration in the armaments sector.
