The US'carrier, American Airlines, is offering some incentives in order to obtain the effect of its employees to leave the carrier spontaneously so as to reduce the effect of the lay-out of 1100 employees: announced yesterday a spokeswoman Sonja Whitemon. The carrier said that the lay-out would interest 450 pilots and 650 ground workers as the carrier will reduce its domestic routes in the next months....
