Alitalia (3): OK to the bridge-loan by the EC only if subordinated to a concrete privatization plan
Rome, Italy - In a synthesis of the Chamber's Study Service
"European Commission would have announced to consider the bridge-loan by the same standards as an operation to market condition, different from an aid of State, only if subordinated to a concrete privatization plan". This is reported in a synthesis of the Chamber's Study Service relating to the fiscal decree law in which was included a measure about the Alitalia's situation.
