Alitalia (2): its stock suspended in the Stock Exchange
Milan, Italy - Agreement between CONSOB and Borsa italiana
CONSOB and Borsa Italiana have disclosed the suspension of the Alitalia's ordinary shares, convertible bonds and the derivative financial instruments. This manoeuvre was necessary in view of effects that will produce the decree approved by the Council of Ministers on May 30th when will be published on the Official Gazette.
