MyAir (2): tickets on sale without certification?

Rome, Italy - ENAC warned about it

ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Agency) President Vito Riggio, proved amazed when he found that MyAir started selling tickets, even though air operator certification has not been granted (see for details AVIONEWS). In the morning, ENAC met MyAir President, Carlo Bernini and Vito Riggio said that license examination was open due to newborn carrier document arrived at end of November.
