"'Finally we will know the definitive offer by Air France-KLM for Alitalia's purchase', declared Italian Transport Minister, Alessandro Bianchi, who added 'Now I can evaluate the offer and to express an opinion about flag carrier's condition sale and mainly on sides that such action and the procedures with which it will be achieved to have on the air transport's future in Italy'".
