AMERICAN AIRLINES ANNOUNCES TWA ACQUISITION
NEW YORK, USA, American Airlines announced the finalization of the acquisition of Twa, creating the biggest fleet in the world. The operation, valued 742 USDm, received the approval both from the Justice and Transport Department. American Airlines spokesman, John Hotard, said that the positive result was never in danger also if the negoziation was slowed down by "a lot of paperwork involved".
