Alitalia: negotiations in stand-by until the installation of the new Government
Rome, Italy - Air France announces the binding offer will be ready by March 14th
Air France dampens the negotiations with Alitalia and will expect the favourable response of the new Italian Government. Air France-KLM affirmed the binding offer will be ready within March 14th, 2008. The offer, once accepted by the Italian Treasure Ministry, will be deposited with the CONSOB by Air France-KLM, and so the proposal will be presented to the European Anti-trust at the same moment....
