ECC: harsher sanctions for airlines losing luggage

Brussels, Belgium - Following the report 2007 presentation

More severe sanctions for airlines concerning lost luggage, and a system of automatic compensation for passengers who demand it, have been officially requested to the ECC - European Consumer Center. The request came after the presentation of the data relative to cases started by customers in 2007, which almost doubled. Most of them concern in fact pieces luggage.
