COSMO-SkyMed: a technical hitch of Delta II launcher provoked a further delay

Vandenberg, USA - Launch opportunity forecasts between Saturday and Sunday

New delay for the launch of the second satellite of COSMO-SkyMed. The postponement should have been provoked by a technical hitch of the Delta II launcher made known by Boeing technicians in Vandenberg Air Force Base. A new launch opportunity could be forecast in the night between Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th December at 6:31 LT. See AVIONEWS for more details.
