Sikorsky to build the helicopter for the British Royal Family
Stratford, USA - It will enter service by 2009
The Stratford-based Sikorsky company said it has been picked as the British Royal Family's preferred helicopter maker. If the government of the United Kingdom approves, Sikorsky will replace the monarchy's current helicopter with a new model of S-76C++.
