A Russian-made cargo plane with 17 people on board crashed and exploded in a crowded neighbourhood of Kinshasa, airport officials and witnesses said. After the take-off, the Antonov aircraft belonging to Congolese airline Africa 1, came down on several houses near Kinshasa-Ndjili International Airport. An airport official said "There were 17 people on board and a major explosion followed the crash....
