The next meeting of the Board of Directors of Iberia was set for September 27th. The Spanish flag airline is to decide in regards to the acquisition proposal made by Tpg-British Airways. The Consortium has offered to take over the entire stock of Iberia's shares for EUR 3,60 per share.
