Thales: "No meeting occurred to appraise the selling of the company to EADS"

Paris, France - The French group gave recently the lie to the news according to which State would be about to sell its stake

Despite part of French press revealed during the last days the possible selling by French Government of its stake in Thales (31%) to the aerospace and defence group EADS (see for details AVIONEWS), the Board of Directors of the French firm competent in the avionics and defence electronics sectors gave officially firmly the lie to the fact that it could have met in order to appraise such possibility....
