Alitalia (3): Aeroflot selects Unicredit for the financing
Rome, Italy - For a loan equal to EUR 800 million
"We have completed our choice of the banks and Unicredit will certainly participate", Mikhail Poluboyarinov, vice-Chief of Russian airline affirmed during a press conference. Aeroflot has chosen three banks for the loan equal to EUR 800 million (about USD 1,18 billion) to support the bid for the privatization of Alitalia and then could issue other bonds of the same value to refinance the loan.
