Ilyushin Finance Co. (IFC) plans to export at least 40% of Russian-made aircraft in next three years, the company CEO Alexander Rubtsov said. Alexander Rubtsov said Russia's major aircraft leasing company has developed a strategy in accordance to which the IFC will be represented on all continents, adding that two missions have already been set up in Latin America and one will soon open in China....
