Warning by the EP Subcommittee on Security and Defence
Brussels, Belgium - To promote the integrated development of European space sector
During the week, the EP Subcommittee on Security and Defence held a hearing aimed to warn Member States about the necessity to share resources reducing operative costs reported by space sector. Karl von Wogau, Subcommittee chairman, affirmed that Europe "Needs information satellites for military missions, to protect its external borders, to protect sensitive infrastructure and even to warn of tsunamis"....
