This morning at 12:20 am, the Alitalia flight AZ 1762 left from "Falcone-Borsellino" airport of Palermo bound to Milan-Malpensa, came back soon after the take-off because of a birdstrike, that is the impact with a cloud of birds, a phenomenon unknown to the majority but very tricky for the Civil and Military Aviation.
