The first quarter 2007 has represented a very positive period for the airport of Melbourne in terms of passenger traffic, with an increase by 7% compared with the same period of last year. With regard to the third and fourth quarter 2006, the passenger traffic increase was equal to 7% in the domestic field, and to 6% for travellers taking international flights.
