RUSSIAN AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS FORCE DELTA PLANE TO GO BACK
ATLANTA, A Delta flight, en route from Atlanta to Narita, Japan, was forced back after Russian air traffic controllers said it didn't have permission to fly through their air space. The plane was carrrying 203 passengers and 15 crew members. It turned around and re-crossed the Pacific Ocean, landing in San Francisco.
