Amsterdam, Holland - The group's employees prove confident about the initiative aimed to encourage the purchase of shares by the workers

The aerospace group EADS unveiled recently that the programme named ESOP 2004 (EADS Employee Share Ownership Plan), as intended to encourage the purchase of company's shares by its employees, proved really successfully.
