Ramallah, Cisjordan - The due authorization to fly over Israeli air space was missing
The French Defence Minister spokesperson reported that Dassault Falcon-900 of Yasser Arafat has been forced to spin out its flight because it was no allowed flying over Israeli air space as authorization was missing. Airplane arranged by French government has had made a diversion.
