MILITARY PLANE CRASHES IN SUDAN, 15 KILLED

SUDAN, A plane crashed while taking off in southern Sudan. 15 people were killed. AMong them Sudan's deputy defense minister and 11 generals. The new was reported by state radio. The cause of the accident is still not clear.
