Alitalia: the Board of Directors has been postponed till a new date

Rome, Italy - It had previously been scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday September 30

"The company advises that the Alitalia's Board of Directors with, among the other things, the approval of the 30 June 2004 six months report included in the agenda, has been postponed. A quick communication with the new date will be released, as soon as it is formally decided".
