British Airways and Iberia towards integration

Madrid, Spain - The two airlines will divide international market shares in sight of a graduate fusion process

British Airways could acquire a significant stake in the Spanish Iberia, or the two air companies could decide to acquire stakes in each other: but it will not happen immediately. The two European carriers would be in fact moving to divide the international market shares as a part of a "gradual integration". Iberia in June had already said to have start negotiations in order to operate joint services...
