After the hijacking of a Libyan transport airplane occurred on last August 27, when a group of almost 80 Eritrean and Nigerian-native persons tried to avoid the forced repatriation by making the C-130 land at the Khartoum (Sudan) International Airport (see for details AVIONEWS), Judge decided to charge at least 15 persons, not granting such a hoped political asylum and ordering their quick repatriation...
