L-3 Communications Electron Devices, San Carlos, Ca., is being awarded a $5,934,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for repairs and production of AN/APS-116/137 output traveling wave tubes used in conjunction with the AN/APS-116/137 radar.
