RUSSIA-CHINA MEETING: CONFIRMED OPPOSITION TO SPACE SHIELD

PEKING, Russian leader Putin arrived yesterday yo Peking to meet chinese leader Jiang Zemin. Aim of the meeting is to reinforce the relationship between the two countries. Main issue of talks was regarding american project of space shield. In a statement to the press the two leaders confirmed their opposition to american antimissile defense plan, defining it a danger for global strategic balance.
