Inaugurated new railway connections from Athens' airport

Athens, Greece - After remarkable delays, all is ready for the Olympic Games

It has been inaugurated today the international connection between the airport "Eleftherios Venizelou" of Athens-Spata with the Olympic sites, regarding the new sub-urban railway and the extension of the metro. These will connect the airport with the main Olympic complex (Oaka) and with the city center (far from the airport approximately 25 kilometers).
