Etihad Airways will sign a contract with Airbus for 36 airplanes

Adu Dhabi, UAE - An agreement that previews also an option for further 12 aircraft

It will be approved soon the order that the Abu Dhabi's carrier, Etihad Airways, has addressed to the European industrial giant, Airbus, regarding the purchase of 12 airplanes among them four A-380 and eight A-340, and the option of further twelve - according to what declared yesterday to the press from Airbus' ceo, Noel Forgeard - for a potential value of USD 7bn.
